Apology

Should I say sorry for the no fault of mine once I get into a relationship??

This is the question I am asking to myself again and again in the last three days but it seems to be confusing. My brain says to me “don’t apologize and give upper hand to person in front of you. She will definitely make it a point to pin you down time and again”.

My heart says “There should not be any strain in the relationship, Even if you have to apologize for the crime you have not committed. Welcome to the relationship with a girl with romantic hint”.

And I am totally confused because both the points are kind of correct in their places. So what to do? I guess the right choice lies somewhere in between where you need not to show that you are bending to your limits and yet your face and voice should be very clearly tell the sorrow and grief that you felt in absence of that person in your life.

“Have I done the same thing?”, I asked to myself. “No, you silly boy. You have not done anything wrong but if you really want to spend life with a girl than you need to make her sure about your feelings and give her that kind of trust where no external things can hamper the trust. The truth will prevail and find it’s own path.”
